A Prescription from a physician is required for the following items:

• Oxygen Cannulas and Tubing
• Aero Chambers
• Respiratory Volumetric Exercises
• Irrigation Kits
• Tens Units
• Tens Electrodes
• Needles and Syringes
• Cast "Walking" Boots
• TED Hose & 20-30 & 30-40 mmHg Compression Hosiery

Any items regulated by Rx required during packaging: We may notify you prior to your order being processed.

Prescriptions are effective for one year and kept on file for your refills as indicated on the prescription.

EZ Care does not file any insurances including Medicare and Medicaid.
