Payroll Deduction

We are pleased that we have negotiated payroll deduction with the facility of which you are employed.  If you would like to place an order using our website and it's conveniences, simply do the following:

1.  Complete all the Log In information if you are a "first-time" customer.

2.  "Log In" if you are a repeat customer.

3.  Choose Your Items without Completing the Payment Information. 

4.  Do not go through the "check-out" process.  Instead, go to:  Contact Us on the Home Page.

5.  In the Message Box, using the information in your Shopping Cart, type in your items with the item code, brief description & quantity.  (It is not necessary to fill in the prices or totals).

6.  Send your message via email to the info@ezcaremedical.com as provided.

7.  You will receive a confirmation of your order with your prices & total.

8.  You will receive a phone call when your order is ready for pick-up.  (Note:  The $3.95 In-store Walk In Fee will apply, and you will receive you usual discount or the reduced internet price(s), whichever is less!
