Wholesale Pricing

When we receive your credit information (if applicable) and/or Business License, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance.  Please allow approximately 24-48 hours for processing your request.   Retail prices will appear, however, we will confirm, at your request via fax or email, your approval. 

After that time, you can use your own Log In and Password Information & complete your company information.  You will receive an email confirming you can view your wholesale pricing.

NEW ACCOUNT:

Please fax a copy of the following forms to (859)625-5714, Attn - Business Web Order

• Your Business License (Mandatory)
• If You Desire Credit Terms
  • Completed Credit Application (for net 30 day terms)
• If You Do NOT Desire Credit Terms
  • You may choose payment with credit card (which we can also keep on file upon request), with the appropriate Tax exemption forms if applicable.
• If You Are Tax Exempt
  • Kentucky Sales Tax Resale Certificate (If applicable)
  • Purchase Exemption Form (for non-profit or government entity)

EXISTING BUSINESSES/FACILITY ACCOUNTS:

Prior to your first order, Submit your Log-In & Password & Company Information. You will receive an email confirming your acceptance.  After that time, you will be able to access the wholesale prices available.   If you desire to contact us for additional possible discounted quantity pricing, feel free to do so.
