Returns PolicyReturn & Exchange PolicyWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer´s expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Step 1:
Before returning anything, you must first obtain a Returned Authorization (RA) number. An RA number can be obtained by contacting a Customer Service Representative. It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to you. Step 2:If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund check from EZ Care from the time we receive the returned product. Step 3:On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice. Our return address is:
If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by EZ Care, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping costs. Terms & PoliciesFor all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. EZ Care is not responsible for supplier price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, invoice number, product number and the nature of the problem with your order. All defective products except (wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts) will be accepted by EZ Care for credit, exchange or repair, at EZ Care´s discretion within 14 days from the invoice date. All defective wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts will be accepted by EZ Care for repair or replacement only, at EZ Care´s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer´s warranty applies. Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by EZ Care are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. Due to manufacturers´ return policies, some items may only be returned for repair without refunds or exchanges. All products to be returned must be returned within 14 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. EZ Care reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 14 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. *UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns. Certain products such as toileting aides and sterile items, may not be returned due to hygiene issues. This will be determined with your call for an RA, and is at the manager's discretion along with local laws governed by the Board of Health. |
