Returns Policy

Return & Exchange Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To return or exchange item(s), contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer´s expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit and EZ Care reserves the right to refuse your refund if the conditions of return are not met as stated above. Call to obtain an RA (return authorization) number which should be clearly written on the outside of your return. Packages received without an RA number will not be processed for refund. Refund via check are made within 2-4 weeks. Credit Card refunds are issued within 7-10 working days. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice. If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by EZ Care, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping costs. Terms & Policies For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. EZ Care is not responsible for supplier price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, invoice number, product number and the nature of the problem with your order. After 30 days, the manufacturer´s warranty applies. Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those returns authorized by EZ Care are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. Due to manufacturers´ return policies, some items may only be returned for repair without refunds or exchanges. All products to be returned must be returned within 14 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. EZ Care reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 14 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 14 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. *UNAUTHORIZED RETURN NOTIFICATION* Customers will be charged for shipping fees associated with unauthorized returns. Certain products such as toileting aides and sterile items, may not be returned due to hygiene issues. This will be determined with your call for an RA, and is at EZ Care's discretion along with local laws governed by the Board of Health.
